Hello,
I am coming up on year 2 and being able to eat more and things that previously made me sick. I am fearful so I am writing. I noticed that I may have published dog park posts on this blog. OOOPS.
Not much to say, except, I had fell in love with pizza. I romanced pizza, I loved pizza, I worshipped pizza. But, the truth is...pizza and all are just fuel for our bio-machine bodies. Just food. Do not go romantic on it. A doc at Yale wrote about the bliss factor in obesity. Just think...I used to think of pizza and my brain would light up. Just the thought of it was a bit of a high. But, the truth is, that after two bites, I no longer could tast anything that I ate. So, why bother...it is just food, for God's sake...do not romanticize it. Do not lust after it...lust for life.
